Geographic Boundaries

On November 6, 2013, the Block by Block Community Safety and Wellbeing Initiative was launched and announced that its first project, Thunderwing, will be piloted in a 21 block area within William Whyte and Dufferin Neighbourhoods.

On February 6, 2015, geographic boundaries expanded to include all of William Whyte and Dufferin Neighbourhoods.

On September 9, 2018, Thunderwing expanded to the Lord Selkirk Park Neighbourhood
